AVERELL H. MORTIMER

Mr. Mortimer is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Arden. Mr. Mortimer is also chairman of Arden's Investment Committee and is responsible for the firm's overall investment process. With over twenty years experience on Wall Street, Mr. Mortimer has worked in a variety of investment fields, including investment banking, venture capital and investment management. Mr. Mortimer holds a B.A. from the University of Colorado and an M.B.A. from Columbia University's School of Business.

HENRY P. DAVIS

Mr. Davis is a Managing Director at Arden and is a member of Arden's Investment Committee. Mr. Davis is responsible for supervising the firm's research activities and is also actively involved in manager selection and portfolio management for each of the Arden funds. Prior to joining Arden, Mr. Davis was an investment advisor to several high net worth families with responsibility for manager selection, oversight and asset allocation decisions. Previously, Mr. Davis was an attorney with Davis Polk & Wardwell, specializing in corporate and asset management work for hedge funds and other investment vehicles. Mr. Davis is a graduate of Yale Law School and Cornell University, where he graduated summa cum laude and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.

IAN McDONALD

Mr. McDonald is a Managing Director at Arden and is a member of Arden's Investment Committee. Mr. McDonald is responsible for supervising the firm's research activities and is also actively involved in manager selection and portfolio management for each of the Arden funds. Mr. McDonald works out of, and is responsible for managing, Arden's London office. Prior to joining Arden, Mr. McDonald worked at Morgan Stanley in the International Prime Brokerage Group's European Capital Introduction division. In this role, he was responsible for introducing hedge funds to a variety of prospective investors, including fund of funds, private banks, pension funds, endowments and foundations. Before joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. McDonald was an investment consultant in the London office of Cambridge Associates and was responsible for monitoring European hedge fund managers. Prior to that, he was based in Cambridge's Boston office where he focused on manager selection and due diligence of U.S. hedge funds. Mr. McDonald graduated with an M.A. (Honors) degree in Economic and Social History from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland.

MATTHEW BIANCO, CFA, FRM

Mr. Bianco is a Managing Director at Arden and is a member of Arden's Investment Committee. Mr. Bianco is head of Risk Management and oversees the firm's quantitative analysis and portfolio construction functions. Mr. Bianco is also actively involved in strategy selection and other general investment research activities of the firm. Prior to joining Arden, Mr. Bianco was the head of Market Risk Management for WestLB in New York. He was responsible for the analysis and optimization of risk for all activities in North America, with a focus on structured finance, asset securitization and structured credit products. Mr. Bianco earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from Cooper Union, as well as an M.S. in Computer Engineering from Rutgers University. Mr. Bianco also holds an M.B.A. in banking and financial markets from the NYU Stern School of Business. He holds the Financial Risk Manager certification from the Global Association of Risk Professionals, and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute.

SHAKIL RIAZ

Mr. Riaz is a Managing Director at Arden and is a member of the Arden's Investment Committee. Mr. Riaz is actively involved in manager selection and portfolio construction. Mr. Riaz is also responsible for leading the investment process for the Arden PropPartners funds. Previously, he was the Chief Investment Officer of J.P. Morgan PropPartners Management Corp ("JPM PP"). Prior to JPM PP, he was Chief Investment Officer for the Capital Markets Investment Program since 1994, and prior to joining the Investment Bank in New York, Mr. Riaz was General Manager of the predecessor Chemical Bank's offices in Cairo, Bahrain and Singapore from 1983-1991. He joined Chemical Bank in 1976 in the International Operations Group, transferring to the Middle East territory of the International Division in 1980. Mr. Riaz holds a B.S. in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering from Princeton University, a graduate diploma from the University of Stockholm and a M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

PAUL PLATKIN, CFA

Mr. Platkin is a Managing Director at Arden and is a member of the Arden's Investment Committee with respect to the Arden Sage portfolios. Mr. Platkin is also the Chief Investment Officer and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Arden Sage portfolios. Previously, he was the Chief Investment Officer and Managing Director of Robeco-Sage. Prior to joining Robeco-Sage, he was General Director of the Absolute Return Strategies Unit of GM Asset Management. Before joining GM Asset Management, Mr. Platkin was an investment banking associate at EFC Group and staff consultant at Arthur Andersen & Co. Mr. Platkin holds a B.S.B.A. from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. in Finance/International Business from Columbia University.

CRAIG KRAWIEC

Mr. Krawiec is a Managing Director and the Chief Operating Officer at Arden. As COO, Mr. Krawiec is responsible for supporting Arden's Investment Committee, overseeing Investment Operations, Liquidity Management and Technology & Analytics functions. He is also responsible for managing Arden's investment business functions as they relate to investment, risk management, operational due diligence, manager research, finance and client service activities. Prior to joining Arden, Mr. Krawiec served as a Manager in the Financial Advisory Services group at Deloitte.

CLEMENT WONG, CPA

Mr. Wong is a Managing Director and the Chief Financial Officer at Arden. Mr. Wong is responsible for all the financial and tax aspects of Arden's management and operations. He is also responsible for the overall financial reporting and operations for Arden's domestic and offshore funds (and those of its affiliates), as well as coordinating with independent auditors and administrators. Prior to joining Arden, Mr. Wong served as Senior Audit Manager at Ernst & Young's Global Hedge Fund Practice, where he was responsible for several key accounts. Mr. Wong has extensive accounting, auditing, business, operational, compliance and tax experience. Mr. Wong, a Certified Public Accountant, has a B.S. and an M.B.A. from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

THOMAS MURRAY

Mr. Murray is a Managing Director and Investment Strategist at Arden. In this role, Mr. Murray works closely with Arden's Investment Committee to develop the firm's top-down view and helps manage Arden's customized portfolios. In addition, he interacts regularly with Arden's Client Service and Development team for client, consultant and industry meetings and events. Prior to joining Arden, Mr. Murray was a Partner, Investment Committee member and Head of Portfolio Management at EIM USA. Prior to his tenure at EIM USA, he was a Portfolio Manager and Investment Committee member at Parker Global Strategies, a customized fund of hedge funds firm, and Vice President in Citigroup's Fund of Hedge Funds division. Earlier in his career, Mr. Murray worked at Alliance Capital Management and Salomon Brothers. Mr. Murray holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Manhattan College.

COBY McDONALD

Mr. McDonald is a Managing Director and Global Head of Client Service & Development at Arden. In this role, Mr. McDonald manages Arden's team of marketing and client service professionals. Prior to joining Arden, Mr. McDonald was Head of Global Consultant Relations for The Permal Group, where he was responsible for cultivating and managing long-term relationships with the investment consulting community. In addition, Mr. McDonald worked closely with the other leaders of Permal's Institutional team to shape and drive the firm's strategic reach and client service model. Prior to joining Permal, Mr. McDonald was Director of Consultant Relations at EIM Management and Vice President of Global Consultant Relations at BlackRock. Mr. McDonald holds an M.B.A. from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, as well as a B.A. in Political Science from the Robert D. Clark Honors College at the University of Oregon. Mr. McDonald is also a Fulbright Fellow.

BILL STOUT

Mr. Stout is a Managing Director and Deputy Global Head of Client Service & Development at Arden. In this role, Mr. Stout is responsible for sales and client service for global platforms, consultants and institutions. Mr. Stout joined Arden in October 2011 through Arden’s acquisition of Robeco-Sage where he was the Director of Investor Relations and Business Development. Prior to joining Robeco-Sage, Mr. Stout was a Regional Vice President with GAM where he was responsible for intermediary distribution of the firm’s products throughout the Midwest. He began his investment career as a financial consultant with Weatherly Securities Corporation and then moved to GAM where he managed the firm’s internal sales team. Previously, he was with Lazard Asset Management where he managed the firm’s national sales desk. Mr. Stout holds a B.S. degree in Finance from Shippensburg University.

LOUIS RODRIGUEZ

Mr. Rodriguez is a Managing Director at Arden Asset Management LLC and Head of Operational Due Diligence. Prior to joining Arden Mr. Rodriguez was a Senior Operations Analyst at EIM. Mr. Rodriguez spent seven years at Deutsche Bank in various operational and management roles within the Asset Management division and single manager hedge fund platform. As Vice President in Deutsche Bank's Absolute Return Strategies group, Mr. Rodriguez developed the operational due diligence program for the fund of hedge fund program. Previously, Mr. Rodriguez worked at Dai Ichi Kangyo Bank and JP Morgan as an operations analyst in support of OTC derivative trading, settlements, cash management, collateral management, and other operational functions. Mr. Rodriguez holds a B.S. in Business Management & Applied Economics from Cornell University and is a U.S. Army veteran having served in the first Gulf War.

DARREN S. WOLF, CFA

Mr. Wolf is a Managing Director and Director of Research at Arden. Mr. Wolf is responsible for managing the day-to-day research activities of the firm. In addition, Mr. Wolf, together with Mr. Platkin, is responsible for the day-to-day management of Arden Sage portfolios. Previously, he was Head of Research of Robeco-Sage where he joined as a member of the research team in 2001. Mr. Wolf is a graduate of Yeshiva University's Syms School of Business where he studied Finance and advanced work in Management Information Systems. Mr. Wolf is a CFA and a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts (NYSSA).

THOMAS KENNEDY

Mr. Kennedy is the Chief Compliance Officer at Arden. As a member of the Legal & Compliance team, Mr. Kennedy is responsible for the overall management of the firm's compliance policies and programs relating to Arden's operations. Prior to joining Arden, Mr. Kennedy was at Citigroup, most recently as Director of Asset Management Compliance for Citi Global Wealth Management and Chief Compliance Officer of Global Hedge Strategies, LLC, and previously he was a Senior Vice President and responsible for the Citi Securities and Fund Services Compliance department. Mr. Kennedy also held positions at JP Morgan Chase where he focused on risk management and compliance monitoring and Morgan Stanley as Risk and Compliance Officer. Mr. Kennedy holds a J.D. degree cum laude from St. John's University School of Law and a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Iona College.
